What is NeX by ProLead?
NeX is the process design and Zoho implementation practice of ProLead Business Consulting, founded in 2012. We design processes, write SOPs and implement them in Zoho.
Is ProLead a Zoho partner?
Yes. ProLead is a Zoho Authorized Partner, listed in Zoho's partner directory. It is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Platinum and a Xero Authorised Partner.
Which Zoho products do you implement?
Zoho ERP, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Spend, Zoho Procurement, Zoho Expense, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics and Zoho Projects.
What is the NeX 5D Method?
Our five-stage approach: Discover, Design, Document, Deploy and Drive. Each stage ends with a deliverable you sign off.
What methods do you use for process reviews?
Walkthroughs and transaction testing, structured with Lean Six Sigma tools: DMAIC to run each improvement and FMEA to rank process risks so controls target the biggest ones.
Do you only work with Zoho?
No. Zoho is our main platform, but our process work is platform-neutral, and we also work with QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, NetSuite and SAP Business One. See our page on process design and other ERPs.
Can we hire you only for process design or SOPs?
Yes. The process work is platform-neutral and can stand alone.
How much does a Zoho implementation cost?
A Zoho Books launch or a single Zoho app starts at ₹75,000 (SGD 1,000) per app. Zoho One and Zoho ERP rollouts are quoted after scoping. These are starting prices. The actual fee depends on scope and is agreed case by case before work starts. Zoho licences are paid separately.
How long does a Zoho implementation take?
A Zoho Books launch typically takes about a week per app, and a Zoho One or Zoho ERP rollout about 12 weeks (90 days) for the first phase.
What is the difference between Zoho ERP and Zoho Books?
Zoho Books, with Inventory and other apps, suits small and many mid-sized businesses. Zoho ERP, launched in India in January 2026, is a unified suite for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, retailers and non-profits.
Do you help with AI tools such as Claude?
Yes. We set up Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, for teams across finance, operations, HR, sales and leadership: connected to the tools you already use, working from your own SOPs and policies, with custom skills for recurring tasks, training, and controls that keep a person approving anything important.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. India and Singapore directly, and remote implementations for businesses in the US, UK, UAE and Europe.
Can you fix a Zoho setup another partner implemented?
Yes, starting with an implementation health check.
Who owns the Zoho account and data?
You do. Licences are in your company's name.
