How we implement Zoho

The first three stages fix the process, so the fourth stage configures a system that matches how the business should run, not how it runs today.
A typical implementation includes:
- Fit-gap analysis: which of your process steps Zoho covers out of the box, which need configuration, and which need a Creator app or an integration.
- Configuration: organisation settings, chart of accounts, taxes, item and customer masters, approval rules, templates and user roles.
- Data migration: masters, open transactions and opening balances from spreadsheets or your previous system, with a reconciliation you sign off.
- Workflows and integrations: approval flows, custom functions in Deluge, and connections to banks, marketplaces and other systems.
- Testing and training: test scripts for each process, role-based training and a go-live checklist.
- Hypercare: support through your first month-end close on the new system, then an optional retainer.
