Zoho implementation

Training, hypercare and support

Quick answer

NeX trains each user group on the processes they run, supports you closely through go-live and your first month-end close on Zoho (hypercare), and then offers a monthly support retainer for changes, new workflows, new-hire training and a quarterly process review, so the system keeps up with the business.

Training that sticks

  • Role-based sessions: accounts, purchasing, sales, stores, HR and approvers each learn their own process, not every menu.
  • SOPs as training material: every session follows the SOP the user will keep at the desk.
  • User manuals with screenshots, and screen-recording videos where needed, so new hires can learn each process on their own.

Hypercare

Daily check-ins in the first week, a named consultant for questions, and a review of the first month-end close with your finance team. Hypercare runs for at least four weeks from go-live, and up to three or four months for larger rollouts.

Support retainer

A monthly retainer starting at ₹15,000 (SGD 200) keeps a consultant who knows your setup on call for changes and improvements. These are starting prices. The actual fee depends on scope and is agreed case by case before work starts. See pricing.
