Is Zoho ERP the right choice?

Zoho ERP is new, so we are candid about fit. It suits Indian mid-market businesses with real operational complexity. Smaller traders and service firms are often better served, and spend less, on Zoho Books with Inventory. Our comparison guide sets out the difference, and the Discover stage ends with a written recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

What is Zoho ERP?
Zoho ERP is a unified suite covering core financials, supply chain and procurement, manufacturing, billing, omnichannel commerce, people and payroll, spend management and Indian tax compliance, with Zoho's AI assistant Zia built in. It launched in India in January 2026.
Who is Zoho ERP for?
Mid-market companies in India that have outgrown basic accounting software but find the large global ERPs too costly or complex. At launch Zoho offered industry editions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and non-profits.
How much does Zoho ERP cost?
At launch Zoho published a Premium edition at ₹2,499 per admin user per month and ₹249 per employee user per month, with Advanced edition pricing on request. Licence prices change, so confirm current pricing with Zoho. Implementation is a separate cost; see our pricing page.
Is Zoho ERP available outside India?
At launch Zoho ERP was released for India only, and Zoho had not announced a date for other markets. For Singapore and other countries we implement Zoho One or Zoho Books with Inventory instead.
Should we move from Zoho Books to Zoho ERP?
Only if you need what Books and Inventory lack, such as production planning and shop-floor control, deeper procurement or one data model across finance, operations and people. Zoho ERP connects natively with Zoho Books, so your masters and transactions flow across when you move. Read our comparison guide before deciding.
