Zoho implementation

Zoho integrations

Quick answer

NeX connects Zoho apps to each other and to your other systems: banks, payment gateways, ecommerce marketplaces, HR and legacy software. We use Zoho's native integrations first, then Deluge functions or APIs where needed, and document every integration with an owner and an error-handling routine.

How we deliver them

Integration requirements come from the process design: which system is the master for each record, how often data moves and what happens when it fails. We build, test with real volumes, and hand over a one-page runbook for each integration.

Frequently asked questions

Do integrations break?
They can, when either system changes. We design each one with error alerts, a named owner and a simple manual fallback, and review them under the support retainer.
Can you connect Zoho to our parent company's ERP?
Often, through file exchange or APIs, depending on the parent's system. Many groups simply need a reporting pack in their format, which is simpler and more robust than a live integration.
