How we phase a Zoho One rollout
| Phase | Processes | Typical apps |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Finance core | Record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, employee spend | Zoho Books, Zoho Spend, Zoho Procurement, Zoho Expense |
| 2. People | Hire-to-retire, attendance and leave, payroll | Zoho People, Zoho Payroll |
| 3. Operations | Inventory, projects, service delivery, sales pipeline | Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM |
| 4. Insight and gaps | MIS, dashboards, custom processes | Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator |
Each phase follows our 5D method and ends with a working process and trained users before the next starts.
Set up once, use everywhere
The value of Zoho One is one directory of users, one set of roles and connected data. We set up the Zoho One admin console, single sign-on policies, user provisioning and app access by role at the start, so later phases do not undo earlier ones. We also document which app is the master for each type of data, such as employees, customers, vendors and items, so records do not drift apart.
