- Pick the tool. Standard Zoho features first, then workflow rules and Deluge functions, then integrations, Zia or Claude where the payback is clear.
- Rank by payback. Quick wins first, larger builds scheduled with owners.

We help teams across the business use Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, on their real work, with the same care we bring to processes and controls. Our Claude services do not depend on Zoho; we work with the systems you already have.

Claude drafts, checks and explains. People approve. Nothing important is sent, posted or signed off without a person reviewing it.

What can realistically be automated in finance and operations?
Common candidates are data entry from invoices and receipts, bank reconciliation matching, approval routing, reminders for collections and renewals, recurring invoices and journals, stock reorder alerts and management report packs.
What is Zia?
Zia is Zoho's AI assistant. Depending on the app and edition it can answer questions about your data in plain language, flag anomalies and help extract data from documents. We use it where it saves real effort and keep a human review where accuracy matters.
What Claude services do you offer?
We set up Claude for your teams, connect it to the tools they already use, load it with your SOPs, policies and templates, and build custom skills for recurring tasks such as report and variance commentary, reconciliations and reviews, contract and document review, SOP and policy drafting, proposal and email drafting, and research. We also train your people and set the rules for how AI is used.
Does Claude work with the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. Claude connects to many common business tools, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack, and to business systems that offer a Claude connector or an MCP server, including some accounting and ERP systems such as Zoho Books. We set up access by role so each team sees only what it needs.
Do we need to use Zoho to use your Claude services?
No. Our Claude services are independent of Zoho. We work with whatever systems your teams use.
Is it safe to let AI work on our business data?
With the right controls, yes. We treat AI like any other user: it gets only the access its role needs, its outputs are reviewed before they are acted on, and its use is logged. These rules are written into your SOPs and delegation of authority.
