The two costs
- Licences: paid to Zoho, by app, edition and users. You should hold the subscription in your company’s name.
- Implementation: the partner’s fee for design, configuration, migration, training and support.
What drives the implementation fee
| Driver | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Apps and processes in scope | Each process needs design, configuration and testing |
| Entities, GST registrations and warehouses | Each adds settings, masters and test cases |
| Data quality | Unclean masters and open items take time to fix before import |
| Custom builds | Creator apps, Deluge functions and integrations are extra |
| Training | Number of user groups and locations |
| Support | Length of hypercare and whether a retainer follows |
