Why we built NeX
ProLead has worked with 500+ clients since 2012, including 40+ Indian subsidiaries of global companies. Through that time we have advised many growing companies, from pre-Series A startups to businesses preparing for an IPO, on their processes: reviewing them, designing them and implementing them. We have implemented and reviewed control and risk frameworks such as COSO and enterprise risk management (ERM), and seen what holds up as a company scales and what quietly stops working.
We learnt a lot from those engagements, and the clearest lesson was this: businesses buy software to fix problems that are really process problems. NeX is built on those learnings. It fixes the process first, then builds it into the system, with one team accountable for both.
